In order to place satisfaction at the heart of our approach, Dentego is committed to regularly monitoring the satisfaction of its patients based on numerous criteria and to reacting quickly in case of necessary adjustments. An “After Care” team is dedicated to facilitating exchanges with patients and medical teams in the event of disputes.

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the patient experience in our centers, a satisfaction survey is sent after each consultation. This measurement system is a guarantee of transparency that is essential to maintaining exemplary quality standards.
We are very proud of our results, but nothing can be taken for granted. It is important for us to receive feedback from our patients on both the quality of care and the overall patient experience.
A dedicated After-Care team
this is a service dedicated to all our patients and employees who have difficulties with a patient. They focus on 4 areas:
- After Care Service (ACS ): to manage patient disputes of a clinical nature
- Google Reviews: to manage comments on the centers’ Google pages
- Hello Customer: a tool that measures patient satisfaction using a questionnaire based on their experience in the center
- Development: optimization of patient relations by center and by region
